I had the sautΓ©ed clams and the steamed whole fish there, and they were the best I've had anywhere in the United States. The clams were incredibly fresh and juicy, and the fish was just as fresh and perfectly cooked. Everything was prepared with impeccable timing, resulting in outstanding flavor and texture. For the fish, I would recommend asking for a little extra soy sauce on the side if you prefer a stronger, more flavorful taste.

My wife and I stayed at Bally's this past weekend for her birthday, we were planning on getting dressed and going out but after walking the boardwalk all day and ready to gamble we decided to get some food in the hotel. The menu looked promising. We decided to split dishes and ordered the chicken wings and a bowl of korean ramen. First, the server was a woman, she slammed everything, menus, plates, trays. She was in a bad mood. The other guys there, great, they brought us hot tea and silverware. The woman never even asked us our drink order, we never even received water until after our food was out and we had to stop her and ask her. The chicken wings, great! So crispy! And large. The ramen... my wife literally saw him open an aldi pack of ramen. The ramen came out, no veggies, no egg, no anything, hydrated dollar store ramen noodles and spicy, salty broth. No garnish or anything. That was an 18$ bowl of ramen and it came out the same as a college dorm oodle of noodle bowl. Super disappointing, in hindsite, should have sent back or asked for the rest of it. Never again, horrible experience. Didn't know what to expect from an atlantic city casino restaur

Every time we visit Bally's in Atlantic City we eat at Macau kitchen. Their food is wonderful. This last visit however was not as pleasing. The food was still fantastic but our waitress was absolutely horrible. She made faces at me and made fun of me when I asked her questions about the meal. I was very specific about not liking white rice and requested fried rice but she brought me white rice anyway. She was so rude that the people sitting next to us just shook their head. We then went in the next night because we enjoy their food so much and she looked at me very strangely. She sent me in a different part of the dining area, which was fine with me, so I would be waited on by someone else. Like I said the food is fantastic!!

Went 28 Sep 2025. Tldr: restaurant served my family undercooked shrimp and I had to cause a mini scene for them to comp my whole meal. Food is ridiculously overpriced for the fast casual atmosphere. Its like a step up over Panda Express. Decided to use my Bally Bucks here and ate with the family. Got the pork and shrimp noodles, honey walnut prawns and the fried dumplings. Everything came out pretty quick (subtle foreshadowing) The noodle soup was okay. It needed more saltiness but thats why we have the soy sauce on other stuff on the table. Shrimp came out last and it was creamy and not difficult to chew. In hindsight that should've been a sign that something was up but the price made me forget that people make mistakes. Since the shrimp was $38 and theres no microwaves in the room, everything was gonna be eaten then and there. Fast-forward,not being hungry anymore, I begrudgingly savored the last piece of the walnut "prawn." It felt uncharacteristically soft for a fried dish. Turns out it was undercooked. I asked for the manager and the waitress preemptively voided the $38 dish. I mentioned that that is not enough for a possible night of food poisoning. The self-proclaimed
